Hi and welcome to my hula hooping page! I’ve been hooping just about 3 years and am loving every step of the learning process, which never gets old!

Hula hooping has given me confidence because I’ve lost over 20 pounds and countless inches! When people who aren’t familiar with hooping see my videos on Facebook or Instagram I always get asked how I got started and if I could help them.

My company Hoola Monsters is the first full service hoop dance company in the state of Florida. Our services include everything from hula hoop classes to performances, children’s birthday parties, handcrafted hoops, and fire dancing.

I also created a hoop fitness training call Hoola-Fit that received approval by the American Council on Exercise, and I train hoop dance instructors nationwide. Last but not least, I do a ton of work with kids and even put out a children’s hoop dance DVD that’s currently sold on Amazon!
